I love creating engaging activities for my own classroom and then sharing my best ideas with teachers like you. Science and Math are my favorite subjects to teach. I love these two subjects because there are so many ways to make learning and practicing hands-on, collaborative, and FUN.
I began creating classroom resources when I was searching for ways to help my students master concepts and was struggling to find engaging, easy to prep, and fun activities.
Any standards-based resources I’ve created were designed for a need I had in my own classroom. When I see students struggling with a concept and need some ideas to help them find success, I get to thinking and create activities, projects, and games to help engage them in learning and practicing. All the resources I share with teachers have been tested in my classroom.

I am a busy teacher like you! I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades and I’m currently teaching STEAM to K-5 students. Science and Math are my favorite subjects to teach. I love these two subjects because there are so many ways to make learning and practicing hands-on, collaborative, and FUN.
Before I became a teacher, I was a research scientist in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. I enjoy sharing my passion for science with my students.
I’m originally from New Jersey, and it’s true…. once a Jersey Girl, always a Jersey Girl. I’ve been married for 25+ years and we have 2 children who are now young adults.
I LOVE to cook – a dream of mine is to compete on a cooking show. I also love reading, plants, gardening, and traveling.
